Everyone wants their life was always happy and cheerful with his family. Many factors can make people happy, but there is one the most important factors for people to be happy, that is healthy. If you are healthy then you can do anything you want, but if you are sick, you can not do anything can not even smile. So from now on take care of your health by running a true lifestyle, healthy and nutritious food, and of course sports.

The right lifestyle like sleeping on time and do not stay up can make the body become lethargic and lackluster. While exercise has benefits for burning fat so your metabolism doesn't running smoothly. Food that we consumed should have enough nutritional content derived from healthy food sources. What source of healthy food? There are three sources of healthy food that should be consumed for healthy and happy life.

Carbohydrate Food Sources
Healthy food which have the main role is carbohydrates as an energy source is most important to the body so brain can work with maximally if the body need of carbohydrates full filled. Carbohydrates are divided into two, namely good carbohydrates and should be limited carbohydrates. Good carbohydrates can be obtained from the diet of milk, fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables. While carbohydrates should be limited as white rice, candy, soft drinks, sweet cakes and potato chips.

Protein Food Sources
As same as carbohydrates, protein can also act as a producer of energy for the body. In addition, protein could help the body to grow, maintain a healthy body and heal the sick body parts. You can find the source of protein in meat, eggs, soy, fish, poultry, beans, and cheese.

Fat Food Sources
Sometimes people think that fat is a dangerous substance that should be avoided for the good health of our body. Though fats have functions in the body such as maintaining cell structure, help the cell membrane works well, as the vitamin absorbent and can keep the immune system. Although it has a function in the body, you should be able to restrict the consumption of fat to no negative impact on the body. Foods that contain good fat such as lean poultry, olive oil, and fish. While foods that contain bad fats and should be avoided like the burgers, fast food, and sausage.

To balance above three sources of healthy food, of course is not easy. So you should be good to manage your diet. Then three sources of healthy food can be obtained by the body.
